Sleep & Nap Training

So, he slept through the night [almost] on Tuesday. He slept from 7pm to 6am, woke for a feed and then went back to sleep until 8.30am. Amazing as it's the longest I've not been woken up by him in about a year. Unfortunately and typically I didn't sleep so well as I was expecting him to wake up and wondering why he hadn't!
Sadly, the following 2 nights he's woken at least twice, and four times last night (sigh)

I'm trying to train him to Nap too, as of today. Currently his napping is really bad. He takes 3 x 45 min naps during the day, and is overly cranky as a result. I wish he'd sleep longer but he wakes. I need to get rid of the swing as he's at the weight limit for it plus he's not particularly interested in being in it any more -- won't nap in it either, so the new regime is going to be naps IN BED, twice a day, and hopefully they will begin to be longer than 45 mins each. It's kind of tricky to fit them in around Dylans various school runs but I am trying my best.

Oh & he FINALLY ROLLED OVER!

I need to get some naps in myself, I'm exhausted! Went skiing yesterday which was lots of fun & I was totally knackered afterwards and still am today.
