Stress on the lack of sale front combined with a need to get this place off our hands ASAP has meant reducing the sale price by 20 grand (GULP). Reduced it last week by 10 and another 10 today. Hasty, maybe, but needs must. So now we'll be lucky to afford a shoebox in the States.
