We've begun to make a load of plans to leave Canada around 24th June. Plans include booking flights and movers. However, the whole thing is contingent on selling this place, and we have NOT SOLD YET. I'm about ready to bust with stress. We've reduced 30 grand off the price since listing it in an attempt to force a sale by giving it away cheaply, but still no takers. Apparently the market here is saturated with homes for sale and it's very slow going. Please cross everything crossable for me that we get an offer within the next 4 weeks.
