We have been unhappy with our Eddie Bauer Car Seat since day one. It is simply impossible to get H comfortable in, and most of the time his head flopped over when asleep because of the lack of support.
Flying in a few weeks and taking the car seat on to the plane for H prompted me to buy a new one yesterday - and we went back to our British roots and bought the Britax Marathon which is a truly awesome seat, much much better than the other nonsense. He is SO much more comfortable in it, and it fits much better into the car and supports his head properly. We also turned him forward facing for the first time - a little early but he is heavy and meets all the requirements so hopefully he'll be safe :)
