Feeling Good

I'm feeling pretty good with the change to Cymbalta, for those who were asking! I didn't have any negative side effects or withdrawal during the change over and I've certainly stopped with some of the nastier ones that the Zoloft gave me (sweating!).

I also feel alot happier in myself and positive, less resentful of things or people, and generally more relaxed and *human*. Hopefully this will continue!

I'm also feeling less lethargic - I have been doing a million things with the kids, going to various parks and taking them to all kinds of fun places during the days. Tomorrow night I'm out with friends too which I'm looking forward to.

Today I'm still with the remnants of a migraine that I gave myself yesterday by eating chocolate on an empty stomach. Having said that, my migraines have been significantly fewer and less frequent since I did a number of things to try to rid myself of them. Firstly I started taking magnesium supplements after doing some internet research which showed that women can get depleted levels of magnesium thus causing headaches. Secondly I cut down on sugar. I did give it up for a couple of weeks but it's been sneaking back in, bad me. Must give up again. Thirdly the Cymbalta is reported to help with some reports of headaches and pain - so it could well be related!

How many times do I have to tell you? When you have chocolate that needs eating, send it to me and I'll take care of it for you.
