What a difference a day makes

I got up yesterday morning feeling quite positive still, about the way I'm feeling pregnancy-wise. Then following the painting incident, that trapped nerve in my back has become really really bad again so once more I'm in tons and tons of pain - argh.

We also decided to take the afternoon off from DIY yesterday - ish. Still not in the best mood following the painting, we went for lunch which was actually OK. Then to Lowes (DIY Store).. NOT FUN. Harry fell asleep in the car so I said I'd stay in with him, save waking him. I gave G instructions as to which door handle it was we needed, plus asked him to check if they had a cellular blind for Dylans new room and reminded him of size.

While they were gone I dozed off too (bliss) as I was exhausted. Then G & D returned to the car, woke me, and G says that they had lots of nice blinds and he didn't know which one I wanted, plus couldn't remember the size. I lumber off into the store myself half asleep and discover they have NO nice blinds and NOTHING in the right size .... including the specific one I'd asked him to get which for some reason he had failed to spot. I came out of the store and he was nowhere to be found and I ended up having to walk around the sodding car park for 20 mins looking for him. NOT FUN.

After this joyous outing we took the kids to see Shrek 3 at the cinema. Harry was hard work and the film was shite. My back was agony.

Got home, could barely walk or move for the rest of the evening because of horrible pain. Have had to take lots of painkillers.

All in all, not a fun day. I am fed up of being pregnant, lol.
